Albert Hasley
Myrtle- Albert "Al" Langston Hasley, 87, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2024, at his home. He was born May 29, 1936, in Nacogdoches, Texas, to Hollis Hasley and Mandy Bell Hasley. He was a retired Church of Christ preacher and was also a maintenance supervisor for a mining company.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking. He was a good handyman and could fix just about anything. He was also good at planning a project, but often "had trouble completing them."
He loved spending time with his family. He was a very beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather; and will be missed by all who loved him.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-seven years, Patricia Joette Bean Hasley; two daughters, Deborah "Debbie" Lynne Howle (Mark) and Deidra S. Perrin (Bowman); four grandchildren: Caitlin Grace Bryant, Calvin William Bryant, Elizabeth Amber Hopper (Jonathan), and Brian Jacob Hasley (Amber); and three great-grandchildren, Tristen Keith Robinson, Weston Luke Robinson and Jacob James Hasley.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, James Hymon Hasley, and a brother, Charles Ray Hasley.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Enterprise Community Cemetery, 1187 County Road 515, Myrtle, MS. Mr. Larry Walker will officiate. United Funeral Service is honored to be entrusted with these arrangements.
