Albert Krebs Obituary
He was born on October 28, 1947, in Ashland, Ohio, to parents Richard and Thelma (Rock) Krebs. Raised in Loudonville and Millersburg, Albert graduated from Loudonville High School in 1967. He went on to work on the Krebs family farm where he developed a deep love for animals, including his Holstein cows and rabbits. He was known as a gentle giant and loved for his kind- and warm-hearted nature by both friends and family.
Albert married Wilma L. Woodring on January 27, 1979, and the pair were married for 43 years until Wilma's passing in 2023.
In addition to working on the family farm and helping other farmers in the area, Albert worked at Mansfield Citation and other steel mills in Mansfield for many years before retiring in 2010.
Albert took pleasure in animals, particularly his cows, rabbits, and dogs. He was fond of his grand-dogs Cami, Mojo, and Tater Tot.
He is survived by his children, Andrew Krebs, Amanda Krebs, and Tiffany Pradeep (Krebs); his grandchildren, Jane Krebs and Riya Pradeep; his siblings, Alverna Bruce, Martha Igo, Roger Krebs, Dean Krebs, and Timothy Krebs; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Albert was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Krebs, and his siblings, Iola Mong and Duane Krebs.
No public services will be held at this time.
