He was the loving husband of 33 years of Teresa (Plaszaj) Lengyel; father of Albert and Brian Lengyel; son of the late Alex and Antoinette (Panaia) Lengyel; also survived by his faithful dogs, Elvis and Emma.
He graduated from Munhall High School and went on to work as a steelworker before spending many years as a security guard at the Benedum Center.
