Albert F. Morris Jr., 60, of Metairie, Louisiana, passed away on August 9, 2025, in Metairie. Born on July 23, 1965, in New Orleans, Albert lived a life of service, adventure, and deep devotion to his family.

A proud veteran, Albert served 23 years in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he continued to protect and serve his community as a Jefferson Parish Police Officer for 14 years. Albert was also a driven entrepreneur who built and grew several successful businesses, always finding joy in helping others and mentoring those in need.

Albert had a passion for racing cars and was known for his love of a good deal. He cherished time spent with his sons and adored his granddaughter, Avery, who brought endless pride and happiness into his life. His greatest accomplishments were not just in his service or business, but in being a devoted and loving father, grandfather, and friend.

He is survived by his sons, Albert S. Morris (Kylee) and Alex L. Morris; his beloved granddaughter, Avery F. Morris; and many friends and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert F. Morris Sr. and Mary "Cookie" Morris.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, at Garden of Memories Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4900 Airline Dr., Metairie, LA 70001. Visitation will be at 11:00 AM and a Service at 12:00 PM. Flowers may be brought or delivered to the funeral home at the time of the service.

Albert's legacy of service, kindness, and love will live on in the many lives he touched.
