Albert came to the U.S.A. in the mid 1970's with his first family. He later settled in San Juan Capistrano where he was employed by Endevco Corp. Under Meggitt Inc. working as a machinist for Auerospace Industries making parts for the Space Shuttle and such. He was highly respected by his Employer and all his co-workers. In 1981 he met his new wife Bibiana Costa Leal, they married in 1983. They remained in San Juan Capistrano for almost 40 years until moving to Tulare to be closer to family. Albert was known and loved dearly by all those who knew him. He was a quiet man and very loving. He loved his family and spending time with children and grandchildren. They were the heart of his life. He is known to the family as the Kind Gentle Giant, but to his loving wife he was the Great Love of her life. He lived as a simple man and a simple life. His enjoyments were fishing and watching his favorite soccer team "Sporting". Albert is preceded in death by his parents, four siblings (Jose Leal, Maria Leal Costa, Ricardina Leal, Natalia Soares) and an Infant daughter (Rosa Amlia). Leaving many to greive his death are wife Bibiana, children: Maria S. Leal, Fernanda S. Stremel (Steve), Luis Alberto Leal (Angelina), Michael Costa (Kim), Didia Costa-Milanesio (Dave), Joseph Costa (Beth), Valdemiro Costa Jr. (Cathy). 17 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. Also, many loving nephews and nieces will miss him dearly.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Miller's Tulare Funeral Home.
Recitation of the Rosary will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024, 6:00 p.m. at Miller's Tulare Funeral Home, 151 North H Street, Tulare
Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at St. Rita's Catholic Church, 954 South O Street, Tulare, with burial at North Tulare Public Cemetery, 4462 North J Street, Tulare
