Alex Lee Wright, age 57, resident of Moscow and husband of Veronica Manley Wright, died on December 8, 2025 at the St. Francis Hospital in Memphis.

Mr. Wright was born on August 2, 1968 to Albert Lee and Bettie Sue. He married the love of his life, Veronica Manley Wright, on November 19, 1994. He was a talented painter, dedicated family man and a versatile craftsman, working in various remodel jobs. Alex found great joy in pursuing his hobbies, which included fishing, hunting and muscle cars. These activities brought him closer to nature and provided the opportunity to bond with friends and family. Additionally, he cherished the time spent working on mechanic projects with his son, which was a shared passion and created lasting memories.

Above all, Alex took pride in his role as a grandfather. Recently, he embraced a healthier lifestyle, inspired by the love and strength he drew from his two beautiful granddaughters, who ignited a determination in him to quit smoking just four months ago. His commitment to being the best Grandpa ever was evident to everyone around him.

In reflecting on his life, Alex was most proud of his deep love for his family. He was a caring father, instilling values and life lessons that will carry on through generations. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched. He is survived by his wife, Veronica Wright; one son, Trey Wright; one step-daughter, Juanita Cain; his granddaughters, Brooke Bailey Wright and Allison Cain as well as his Mother, Bettie Hoskins and his brother Kenneth Wright. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Wright.

Graveside services for Mr. Wright will be on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 1:00 in the afternoon at Hood Cemetery in Somerville, Tennessee with Bro. Billy Adair officiating.
