Alexander Knapp Obituary
Alex R. Knapp, 37, of Logansport passed away Friday, December 3, 2021, in his residence.
Born on March 15, 1984, in Logansport, he is the son to Gary L. Knapp and Elizabeth “Lyddy” (Helms) Knapp. Alex was a 2003 graduate of Logansport High School and had been working at Subaru in Lafayette.
Surviving Alex is a daughter, Kiley Knapp; two sons, Kaleb and Kaiden Knapp; mother, Elizabeth “Lyddy” Knapp, Logansport; sister, Emma L. (Matthew) Jones of Logansport; three step brothers, Eric (Rebecca) McIntire of Rochester; Shannon (Andrea) McIntire of Frankfort; Brandon (April) McIntire of Fort Wayne; several aunts and uncles.
Alex was preceded in death by his father, Gary Knapp and his stepmother, Connie Knapp.
A celebration of life will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Gundrum Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Aaron Gross officiating.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3:00 PM until the time of service on Thursday.
Donations may be to the family to help with expenses. Enveloped are available at the funeral home.
