Years ago, when Alex was a little boy, I used to stay with Curt and Janet during my business trips. Alex and I were good pals. When I started leaving in the morning after breakfast to visit clients, he tried to delay my departure by hanging tenaciously onto my legs, to which I gave him the name "Clingon" after characters in Star Trek. When he was in grade school, he became enamored with shrimp to such a level that he would lodge two of the crustaceans in his nostrils in honor of their deliciousness; we're still looking for a photograph we took of him and the shrimp. Alex was a kind and generous man who loved his family and friends. We miss him deeply. Uncle Ross and Aunt Cathy

We are deeply saddened by Alex´s passing. Though I couldn´t be there in person, my heart has been with the family every step of the way. Alex was a kind soul with a quiet strength, and he will be missed more than words can express. My husband and our boys were honored to attend and say goodbye. Sending love and prayers to Janet, Curt, Lillie, and everyone who loved him. May Alex rest in peace.
With sympathy,
Lhamaa Latz
