Alfio Faro

Alfio "Al" Faro, age 89, passed away on November 15, 2025. Born in Brooklyn, NY, on May 10, 1936, Al was a cherished husband and father, brother and friend who touched the hearts of everyone who knew him.

Al was a man of many talents, known for his ability to fix just about anything. His family and friends fondly recall his kind nature and infectious sense of humor. Al had a lifelong passion for learning and sharing knowledge.

Al proudly served in the United States Air Force and after his honorable discharge, worked in the family decorating and upholstery business until he attended Creighton University School of Pharmacy where he earned a degree in pharmacy. He then spent over 40 years serving in various large retail and grocery pharmacies.

His spirit extended far beyond his work; he loved to travel, lived life with enthusiasm, and was especially passionate about winemaking and sharing his wines with family and friends.

Al is preceded in death by his parents, Salvatore and Concetta Faro.

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Judy Ann Faro; son, Greg (Donna) Faro; daughters, Jennifer (Barry) Richards and Alexis (Dirk) Loeffler; brothers, Sebastian (Sharon) Faro and Richard (Eileen) Faro; grandchildren, Courtney Faro, Kai Loeffler, and Sebastian Loeffler; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on December 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A graveside service will follow on December 3, 2025, at 12:30 PM, with inurnment to take place at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
