Alfred Sigismondi Obituary

Alfred proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War, where he was a combat engineer. He was President of NY Tube & Reel Corporation in Kearny, NJ from 1953 to 1984. Alfred was dedicated to God, his family, and his country. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, who enjoyed crabbing, fishing, and spending time with family.
Alfred was preceded in death by his wife Nancy.
He is survived by his son John, daughters Janene and Antonene, three grandchildren Alfred, Nanci and Jerry, and three great-grandchildren, Isabella, Emma, and Luca. He was dedicated to God, his family and his country.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, 568 Middlesex Ave., Metuchen from 2 to 6pm. The funeral will be held on Monday, July 29, 2024 at 10:15am at St. Francis Cathedral in Metuchen. Interment will follow at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway.
