Ali Rae Clinkscales, born on August 23, 1989, passed away unexpectedly on September 16, 2025. Her time here was cut far too short, and those who knew her are left with heavy hearts and a deep wish for just one more laugh, one more hug, one more moment with her.
Ali was tough as nails, yet she carried one of the biggest hearts anyone could imagine. She had a bold personality, a sharp sense of humor, and a love that showed up strong and loyal. She enjoyed feeling her best, especially when her hair was freshly braided or shining blonde, a look that matched her fiery spirit.
She loved to laugh and bring others into that laughter with her. Ali had a way of making others feel understood. She listened without judgment, stood up for the people she cared about, and loved in a way that was bold and loyal. Her laughter could lighten a room, and her honesty could break through the toughest walls. She showed strength not by pretending life was easy, but by continuing to move forward even when things were hard.
Ali was a devoted mother who loved her children more than anything. She leaves behind her two children, including her son Skyler, who will forever carry her love and her strength with him throughout his life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Geraldine Ford and Marvin Clinkscales, as well as her sister Amie Clinkscales. She is survived by her sister Kelly Clinkscales and her brother Robert Clinkscales, who loved her very, very much and are devastated by this sudden loss. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends whose lives she touched.
Ali's life reminds us to be gentle with each other, to appreciate every moment we have, and to love without holding back. She made an impact everywhere she went. She was real, raw, and unforgettable. Those who knew her will remember her humor, her resilience, and the warmth she gave so freely. Though her time here has ended, the love she shared does not. It will continue in the hearts of the many lives she touched.
May we honor Ali by holding close the laughter she brought into our lives, the love she gave so freely, and the memories that will never fade. Though we wish we had more time, we take comfort in knowing that she is finally at peace, reunited with the ones she missed, and embraced in the comfort she always deserved.
Rest well, Ali. We will love you always.
