Alice Faye Ballard, 81, passed away on Tues. Nov. 12, 2024, at Parkway Nursing Home in Canton, MS. A memorial service will be held at 10am on Thurs. Nov. 14, 2024, at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS.
Mrs. Ballard was born in Louisville, MS on June 18, 1943, to the late Jack Hodge and Fronnie Reed Hodge. She was a member of the East End Baptist Church in West Point, MS.
Mrs. Ballard is survived by her three children, Amber Faye Wellman (Alex), Samantha Schmidt (Anthony) and Charles Ballard; two sisters, Barbara Scott (Mike), June Cown and one grandchild, Bryce Alexander Wellman. Mrs. Ballard is also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Henry Ballard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Operation Colony Cats at 675 Spivey Rd. Columbus, MS 39705.
