Alice Bailey Bullock

Alice Diann Bailey Bullock, 75, passed away peacefully at her Ila, Ga home on the morning of January 1, 2025, with her family by her side.
She was preceded in death by parents Billie M. Bailey and Marjorie Hewatt of Dacula, Ga; husband of 44 years, Raymon Bullock; sister, Janet Bailey Perkins; brother, John Mark Bailey, Grandson Jacob Bullock.

She is survived by brother and sister-in-law Wayne and Gale Bailey, sister and brother-in-law Cynthia and Darrell Coggins, sons, Shannon and Lee Bullock; grandchildren, Drew (Rachel), Ellie (husband Chase, Brooke (husband Logan), Seth, Joel, and Cole, great grandson, Sonny; brother-in-law, Scott Perkins; brother-in-law and his wife, Lamar and Jan Bullock; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Alice was a cherished member of Ivy Creek Baptist Church since 1973. She taught Sunday School, sang in the choir, and cleaned the church for thirty years.

Alice graduated from Dacula High School in 1967. She married Raymon and after a few years in California, settled in Buford where she enjoyed being a homemaker and raising two sons. Alice and Raymon built their dream home and moved to Ila in 2005 where they enjoyed the remainder of their lives.

Alice saw the best in people and was loved by everyone who knew her.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Ivy Creek Baptist Church in Buford with Dr. Craig Dale officiating. Interment will follow in Ivy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Bullock will Lie-in-State at the church on Sunday, January 5 from 1:30 p.m. until 2:45 p.m., during which time the family will friends.
