Allan D. Gacki Sr. was fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on December 19, 2023 at the age of 75. Beloved husband to Sharon Gacki (nee: Laramie); devoted father of Allan (Jeniffer) Gacki Jr. and Laura (Doug) Durnin; proud grandfather of Joshua Gacki, Douglas (Michaela) Durnin, Matthew Durnin, Reghan Gacki, Rylee Gacki, and Eme McAlee; dear great-grandfather of Douglas "DJ" Durnin and baby boy Durnin who will be joining the family in January; dearest brother of Janet Orf, and Gene (Diane) Gacki; beloved brother-in-law, cousin, uncle, and friend to many.
Allan is preceded in death by his parents John and Sophia Gacki, his siblings John Gacki, and Jim Gacki, as well as his brother-in-law Marion Orf.
Al above all loved and cherished his family. He was a man who worked hard and instilled the three things important in life, God, family, and friends. He cherished all 3. His family and friends were more important to him than anything and how important you were to him was never a question. Al worked for Boeing where he retired, he was a hard worker and an invaluable member of his team. He enjoyed the great outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. Al also enjoyed the time he spent on the water at Goose Creek Lake and his Corvette. Al's kind heart will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
