Allen Joseph Lund age 74 of Lake St. Croix Beach. Passed away Nov. 12, 2024 at his home. Born Dec. 19, 1949. Allen was a wonderful, giving, loving, and thoughtful soul, who always put everyone's needs before his own. Whether it was a car or a heart that was broken he did his best to fix it. If anyone ever needed help, he was there without fail. Allen joined the US Air Force in May of 1969 and after boot camp he married the love of his life Terry Lynn Hoisington on Aug. 30, 1969. Allen was a fighter jet mechanic servicing F-4 Phantoms in Thailand during the Vietnam War. After returning home, he served out the rest of his time on Air Force bases in Tucson, AZ & Topeka, KS with his bride and two children by his side. Shortly before he was honorably discharged they welcomed their 3rd child. Allen moved home in 1974 with Terry and 3 kids welcoming a 4th shortly after. Allen & Terry lived the rest of their lives together in the home where he was raised and where they raised 4 children and played with their grandchildren. Allen is survived by his children Jason (Tanya) Lund, Tammy (Darin) Schilling, Brandy (fiancé Jon) Hafner and Candy Larson; grandchildren Laurana Larson, Connor (Courtney) Larson, Thomas (Stephanie) Hafner, Michael Hafner, Hannah Lund, Lillian Lund; great-granddaughter Zoe Lynn Hafner; brother David (Laura) Lund; nephew David Lund, Jr.; and niece Amanda (Rusty) Winterroth. Preceded in death by his bride of 44 yrs. Terry Lynn Lund; parents George J. Lund and Deloris D. (Routier) Lund, sister Sharon (Lund) Livingood and nephew Joshua Lund.
