Amanda (Mandy) Jo Quinn
April 2, 1989 - May 24, 2025
Amanda Jo Quinn, 36, of
Roy, Utah, passed away at home on May 24, 2025. Mandy is survived by her parents, Janeen and Mike Quinn; her sister Stephanie Quinn (Carlos Pereira da Silva); her grandfather, Milan Venn; her dear uncles Mike Price (Carla), Bart Price, and Scott Price (Matt Mielewski); cousins Jaclyn Cunningham (Christian), their daughters Coraline and Josie, who were Mandy's favorite playmates, Cole Price (Katherine) and their sons John and William. Mandy was preceded in death by her grandfather, John L. Price; her grandmother, Mavis Price Venn; her grandfather, Joseph Quinn Jr.; her grandmother, Norma Quinn; her uncle Ron Quinn, and her beloved dog, Paige.
Mandy was a cherished daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. Mandy was deeply loved by her family and shared an especially close relationship with her mom, frequently taking walks with the family dogs, Reggie and Zoey, and watching their favorite shows together. Although Mandy wasn't exactly a people person, she loved animals and absolutely adored her "big orange" cat, Dexter. She was the best babysitter for her sister Stephanie's spoiled rotten dog Daisy, who would squeal with excitement when she got to stay at her aunt Mandy's house. Mandy's imagination and love for animals were evident in her childhood and she insisted on being called "Toot Dog" or "Mandy Dog."
Mandy enjoyed the outdoors, and some of her favorite memories were camping and ATVing in the Uinta mountains. Mandy was creative and an incredible artist, seemingly born with this talent. Athletics came naturally to her, and she excelled at any sport she tried, including basketball, soccer, softball, Dance Dance Revolution, and fiercely competitive croquet matches with her family. A graduate of Northridge High School, Mandy marched to the beat of her own drum and played the tuba in the school's band. She was an exceptional gamer, and nobody stood a chance against her when playing Mario Kart.
Mandy, we love you and hope that you have found the peace you struggled to find in this lifetime.
