A memorial service for Amber Nicole Koll, 42, will be held on Monday, March 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Dr., Bossier City, Louisiana. A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City. An inurnment will be held at Rose-Neath Cemetery at a later date. Officiating the service will be Pastor Michael Sanders.
Amber Nicole “Nikki” Koll, born on September 17, 1982, in Bossier City, Louisiana, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. She departed this world with her loving parents by her side, surrounded by the deep bond of love and care that defined her life.
Nicole was a dedicated medical coder and auditor for Omega Healthcare, where her expertise and meticulous attention to detail left a lasting impact. Her career reflected her commitment not just to her work but to the people and lives touched by it. A proud alumna of Caddo Magnet High School and Louisiana Tech University, Nicole's accomplishments extended far beyond her professional life.
She will be remembered most for her gentle kindness and the warmth she brought into every relationship. As a devoted soccer mom, Nicole cheered passionately from the sidelines, celebrating her daughter’s achievements with pride and love. Her enthusiasm for LSU football created cherished family traditions, full of laughter and togetherness during game days. Nicole also expressed her creative side through reading and cross-stitching, both of which brought her joy and offered a glimpse into her caring and thoughtful nature.
Nicole’s presence was a gift to her family and friends, and the love she shared with those around her will continue to resonate for years to come. While her absence leaves a profound void, her spirit and the memories of her grace, generosity, and love will be treasured forever.
Nicole was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Henry Garcie; maternal grandparents, R.L. and Iris Lester; father-in-law, Robert Koll, and Uncle, “Sonny” Lester. She is survived by her husband, Brent Koll; daughter, Breauna “Bre” Koll; parents, Janis and Buck Garcie; grandmother, Mattie Garcie; mother-in-law, Becky Koll; brothers-in-law, Brian Koll, and Shannon Hollier and wife, Ashley; beloved fur baby, Gizmo along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
Serving Nicole as honorary pallbearers will be Brian Koll, Shannon Hollier, Ashley Hollier, Heather Stewart, Lisa Lunsford, and Kaye Pharr.
The family would like to give special thanks to the Willis Knighton North staff, Dr. Tyler Lash at the Cancer Center, and the nurses from the 3 North and Step-Down units.
