In Loving Memory of Ana H. Cosman
With profound sadness and deep love, we announce the passing of Ana H. Cosman, who left us on April 3, 2025, at the age of 62. Born on September 28, 1962, in Bogotá, Colombia, to the late Jesus Silva and Nelcy Gonzalez Rodriguez, Ana's life was a beautiful reflection of love, kindness, and unwavering strength. Her nurturing heart and gentle spirit touched everyone she met, and her legacy will live on forever in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
Ana was a devoted wife to Jaime Torres, with whom she shared 17 years of love, laughter, and unwavering partnership. Together, they built a life filled with beautiful memories. As a mother, Ana poured all her love into her children, Daniel Quiñones and Carolina Quiñones. Her warmth, care, and devotion shaped their lives, and her love for them will continue to guide them every day. Her bond with her siblings, Veronica Silva, Rossio Moncada, and Jose Alejandro Silva, was deep and unbreakable, and they will forever hold her memory in their hearts.
Ana's nurturing spirit extended beyond her family. She was a woman of grace and beauty, always creating a home filled with warmth, comfort, and love. Her passion for the arts and her creative touch transformed every space she entered, making it feel special and alive. She found joy in cooking, and her meals were a way for her to show her love and care for others, always bringing people together around the table. Ana also had a profound connection to nature, and her garden and plants are a reflection of the tender love and patience she gave to everyone around her. In her garden, just as in life, she cultivated beauty and joy.
In her professional life, Ana was a trailblazer. With hard work and dedication, she built a successful business that she worked on for years, which allowed her to live a life where she could support herself and the people around her. Later in life, Ana also managed a successful concrete business. Yet, it was her compassionate heart that truly defined her. She loved with an open heart and made a difference in the lives of many. Ana found great joy in rescuing and caring for animals, particularly cats, whom she treated with the same love and tenderness she gave to her family and friends.
Ana was the embodiment of kindness, generosity, and grace. She had an incredible ability to make everyone around her feel loved, valued, and special. Whether it was through her warm embrace, her comforting words, or the way she made others feel at home, Ana's love was unconditional, and it will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
A celebration of Ana's beautiful life will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 3:00 pm in the Peachtree Corners Chapel of Crowell Brothers Funeral Homes & Crematory. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm, and a reception will follow the service. Anita would have loved it if you attended the ceremony dressed in white.
