Andrés Martinez, of
Woburn, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully at his home with his wife by his side, on December 20th at the age of 77.
Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico, Andrés was the son of the late Eladio Martinez Muñoz and Benida Sanchez. He moved to the United States at the age of seven with his mother, and once he settled in Woburn, it became his forever home - a place he loved deeply and never wanted to leave.
He met the love of his life, Rosario (Cardoza) Martinez. The two shared over 25 years together, always side by side. One of their favorite adventures was a memorable motorcycle road trip to Wyoming on his cherished Harley-Davidson.
He was a humble, caring, and loving man with a wonderful sense of humor-a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
He enjoyed the mountains and had a true passion for motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidsons, as well as his Corvettes. He owned and operated his own mechanic and landscaping business and was truly a man of many trades, respected for his strong work ethic, known for his skill and dedication, and always willing to lend a helping hand, with the ability to fix or build just about anything. He also loved his music, playing the guitar and piano, and was very artistically talented.
