Andrew John Fabian

Andrew John (Andy) Fabian, age 42, passed away on September 8, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on February 21, 1983, in Royal Oak, Michigan, to David and Karen Fabian. Andy was raised in Troy, and went on to attend the University of Detroit, earning both his bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration. It was there he met the love of his life, Rachel, when she literally carried him back to his dorm after a party. After college, Andy dedicated 15 years to Bank of America as a senior underwriter. Outside his professional life, he loved traveling, playing soccer, and was a fan of all sports, especially teams from Detroit.

Loving partner of Rachel Merritt. Beloved son of Karen and the late David. Dear brother of Kimberly Parker and brother-in-law David Parker. He is also survived by his adored cat, Trina.

Family will receive loved ones on Thursday, September 11, 5-8PM with Rosary at 7PM, at A.J. Desmond & Sons (Price Chapel), 3725 Rochester Rd., Troy 48083.

Funeral Mass Friday, September 12, 10AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, 280 E. Square Lake Rd., Troy 48085. Visitation at church begins at 9:30AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
