Roberts Funeral Home & Cremation ServicesAndrew William Jarrell, born on December 24, 1987, in Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully at his home in Washington Court House, Ohio, on February 5, 2026, at the age of 38.
Andrew dedicated his career as a senior coordinator of customer relations for Gap, where he excelled and made significant contributions to his field. Despite facing challenges that prevented him from completing high school initially, Andrew's determination shone through when he not only completed his GED but also earned an associate degree, showcasing his commitment to personal growth and achievement.
In addition to his professional accolades, Andrew was passionate about his hobbies and interests. He found joy in attending local pride events, where he celebrated his identity and values with others. His love for Christmas time was evident, as he cherished the sentiments and memories that the season brings. Andrew was known for his generous spirit and huge heart, always seeking to bring joy to the lives of those around him and ensuring they felt valued and appreciated.
Andrew's proudest accomplishment in recent years was joining new streaming and gaming communities online, where he quickly formed strong connections and rapport with fellow enthusiasts. His ability to forge friendships and create a sense of belonging will be fondly remembered by those who were fortunate enough to interact with him.
He leaves behind his husband, Anthony Galyon, and his siblings: James (Karem) Jarrell, Jr., David (Betsy) Jarrell, Michelle (Lance) Koch, and Mark Jarrell. Additionally, he is remembered with love by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and his many friends, alongside his loyal K-9 companions: Ollie, Happy, Tiny, Bear, and Milo.
Andrew was preceded in death by his mother, Carol (Price) Jarrell.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place. A memorial service is planned for 6pm on Friday, February 20, 2026, at the Roberts Funeral Home in Washington Court House with Dana Ballein officiating. A gathering of family and friends will take place that evening from 4pm until the start of the service.
Andrew William Jarrell will be deeply missed, but his spirit of kindness, generosity, and joy will continue to inspire all who knew him.
