Andrew Sapp Obituary
Andy Sapp, 88, of Inlet Beach, FL., passed away January 1, 2025 at his home. Andy was born in Clymer, PA, and was graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Engineering. Working in the paper industry, Andy was the Superintendent of the American Can Paper Mill in Butler, AL for 14 years. He then moved to Oregon where he was paper mill superintendent. He then became National Director of Tissue Sales, living in Tallahassee, FL for 6 years, and finally Wake Forest, NC for 30 years. Andy was Methodist by Faith, and loved golfing and college football.
He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Sapp of Inlet Beach, FL and a sister-in-law, Gay Nell Lisenbe of DeFuniak Springs, Florida.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Watersound Fountain Apartments, Inlet Beach at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Andy's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org/givehope.
