Andrew Robert Tansey, age 33 of Hesperia, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 4, 2024 at his home. Andrew was born on July 30, 1990 in Boston, Massachusetts and later moved to the Muskegon area and then moved to Hesperia in 2018. Andrew met and later married Heidi Dausman on August 18, 2018 in Grant. Andrew had been a CNC Programmer for several years and enjoyed shooting with his kids, tattoo and body art, was always fixing things at his home and Heidi called him "MacGyver" because he could fix anything and especially enjoyed being with his family.
Andrew is survived by his wife, Heidi of Hesperia; his children, Bill Long, Maximus Tansey, Sawyer Tansey, Lucas Tansey, Braden and Meledy; his mothers-in-laws and father-in-law, Wanda Green, Dave (Jody Eidt) Dausman, Robin Dausman; his sisters-in-law, Heather (Aaron) Parker and their children, Colton, Theressa, Andrew and Eliana Parker; sister-in-law, Lindsey Dausman; his brother-in-law, Dustin (Amanda) Morris. Andrew was preceded in death by his father-in-law, David Botsford.
VISITATION : Friday, March 8, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Crandell Funeral Home – Fremont Chapel 7193 W 48th Street Fremont MI 49412. Friends may consider memorial contributions to the Tansey family to assist with expenses. Friends may send a condolence or share a memory with the Tansey family online at www.crandellfh.com.
