Andrzej urodzil sie w Polsce 30 lipca 1960 r., syn Bronislawy Jurzyk i sp. Stefana Jurzyka. Andrzej poswiecal swój czas i energie synowi Mikolajowi, którego kochal najbardziej. Bedziemy bardzo tesknic za Andrzejem i zawsze go pamietac.
Wystawienie odbedzie sie 26 Lutego 2023 r., od godz. 2:00 po poludniu do 5:00 po poludniu w Domu Pogrzebowym Duksa w Newington, 20 Bonair Ave., Newington.
