Ralph Gallo Obituary
Ralph was born on June 6, 1940, in Brooklyn, NY to Frank and Antoinette Gallo. He grew up in Brooklyn where he attended Poly Prep Country Day School. He later attended Villanova University and NYU, followed by a career as a health care executive and management consultant.
Ralph was an avid reader and spending time in the sun admiring nature was his favorite pastime. He enjoyed traveling and loved his cactus and succulent collection. His greatest passion over the past fifty years was the pursuit of antiquarian ephemera, buying, selling and sharing information with anyone who would listen. He was a kind-hearted soul who truly had the gift of life, and his joy was infectious.
He is survived by: his life partner Sheryl Jaeger; his children - Christopher and Adrianna Gallo; and his brother Thomas F. Gallo.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the late spring, with details updated here when available.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Hospital for Special Care Foundation, 2150 Corbin Avenue, New Britain, CT 06053.
