Angela Marie Cantu

Angela Marie Cantu, 65, of Searcy, passed from this life on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in Little Rock. She was born December 21, 1959 in Searcy. Angela was retired from the Arkansas State Highway Department after many years of employment and was currently employed in the First Security Bank Call Center.
She is survived by her children, Aaron George Cantu of Beebe and Molly Hannah Cantu of Nashville, Tennessee; her mother, Margaret Landis Whitehead of Bald Knob; brother, Michael Lynn Whitehead (Nancy) of Belleville, Illinois; sister, Stacey Jo Pearce (Clifton, Jr.) of Bald Knob; nephews, Blaine Pearce, Riley Landis and Landis Pearce; nieces, Amanda Whitehead and Amy Whitehead; children's father, Ronnie George Cantu of Clinton,
She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Joe Whitehead and her grandparents, Clifton and Josie Whitehead and Arthur and Alma Bone.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Bald Knob. Visitation will precede the service, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Steward Addition of Shady Grove Cemetery.
