She was born October 31, 1963 to the late Robert "Bobby" and Martha Ann Long.
She was a kind and caring woman whose warmth touched everyone who knew her. Terry will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will forever cherish the memories they shared.
She is survived by her son, David Starbuck (Erin), her stepdaughter, Brandy Starbuck Stephens, her grandchildren, Tatum, Noah, and Emma, her sister, Tammy Johnson (Dean), and her brothers, Robert Bobby Long, Jr. (Shannon), and Marty Long (Cindy).
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob-Judsonia.
