Angela was born on July 9, 1934 to Antonio and Autila Marotti in Ceppeloni, Italy. In 1959, she married Vincenzo Mazzeo. Angela then lost Vincenzo, the love of her life, in 1981. She lived in Brooklyn, NY until moving to Morganville in 2013.
Angela was a communicant of St. Benedict's Church in Holmdel, NJ. She loved to cook for family and friends.
Angela is survived by two loving two daughters, and their husbands, Anna & Frank DeMaio, and, Louisa & Alex Cordani; her son, Angelo Mazzeo, and his wife Francine; her brother who lives in Italy; and her 2 sisters who also live in Italy; 7 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Antonio & Autila Marotti; and her loving husband, Vincenzo Mazzeo in 1981.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 26, 2022, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, & 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Waitt Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 501 Hwy. 79, Morganville, NJ.07751
A Mass Of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, 10:00 AM, at St Clement Church, 172 Freneau Ave., Matawan, NJ.
Entombment will follow in the St. John's Cemetery & Mausoleum in Middle Village, Queens, NY.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital...www.stjude.org
