Mrs. Ann Marie (Fasano) Palladino, 68, of Wolcott, formerly of Thomaston and originally of Waterbury entered into the gates of Heaven on Sunday July 9, 2023 at Yale New Haven Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of John R. Palladino, Jr who passed away November 24, 2007.
Ann Marie was born in Waterbury on April 16, 1955, daughter of Nicholas J. Fasano of Wolcott and the late Louise M. (DiPalma) Fasano. She graduated from Wilby High School, Class of 1973. She worked as a receptionist for Constitution Mortgage in Cheshire for ten years and mainly at Shop-Rite in Waterbury and Bristol in the Deli Department for thirty years until her retirement in 2020. She loved playing cards and looked forward to her many trips to the casinos. Ann Marie enjoyed many years in her bowling leagues at Perrillo's and Thomaston Lanes. She loved people and could strike up a conversation with anyone. Above all else, Ann Marie cherished time with her family and friends.
Ann Marie leaves to honor and cherish her memory; 3 children, Lori Ann Schepis and her husband Michael of Wolcott, John R. Palladino, III and his girlfriend, Sanja Heim, and Stephen J. Palladino and his wife Cassandra all of Bristol; 3 brothers, Joseph Fasano and his wife Josephine of San Diego, CA, Nicholas Fasano and his wife Eileen of Thomaston, and Louis Fasano of Wolcott; 3 sisters, Janet Mancini, Judy Biolo and her husband Brian, and Maryann Plourde and her husband Jeff all of Wolcott; a granddaughter, Taylor Schepis of Wolcott and a grandson, Romeo Palladino, on the way; 3 sisters in law, Lucille Mooney and her husband Steve and Mary Jo Palladino all of Terryville, and Doreen Biolo and her husband Dave of Thomaston; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and many friends. Besides her mother and husband, she was predeceased by a brother-in-law, John Mancini and a sister-in-law, Tammy Fasano.
Arrangements: Funeral Friday 8:45 a.m. from Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home 430 Chase Parkway Waterbury to St. Michael's Church 62 St. Michael's Drive Waterbury for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m.. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Watertown. Calling hours will be held Thursday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
