Anna Gibney Obituary
Anna attended Meriden schools and graduated from New Britain General Hospital Licensed Practical Nursing Program in 1968 and worked many years as a nurse in the hospital and in private practice.
Anna is survived by her sons Kevin and Art and his wife Jody, and granddaughter Ann Marie Gibney; sisters Josephine Kulak and Elizabeth Dudek, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers Walter and Stanley Najduch, and sister Stephanie Pulaski.
Words cannot express our sincere appreciation to all involved in the loving care given to Anna as a resident at Brookdale Chatfield assisted living. Special appreciation is extended to AccentCare hospice.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday February 15th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, 195 South Main Street in New Britain. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
