Anna Richichi Obituary
Anna was known for her warmth, generosity, and happiness. A fabulous cook, she delighted family and friends with her famous Christmas cookies, adding new varieties each year-her cherished recipes were her own special secret. She worked as a phlebotomist at Quest Diagnostics for over 23 years, retiring in December 2022. Her coworkers and the numerous patients she cared for still miss her dearly. Anna's legacy of kindness, humor, and resilience will continue to inspire all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Giuseppe Martello and Ida Santillo.
Anna is survived by her devoted husband, Joseph F. Richichi, and her beloved children: Rosemarie L. Richichi, Daniela M. Richichi, and J. Christopher Richichi. She was a cherished grandmother to Ariella L. Richichi (daughter of Rosemarie), Christopher Richichi-Leon, Isabella Richichi-Leon, and Caitlyn Rink (children of Daniela).
Anna is also survived by her many siblings: Francesco (Giuseppa Cotroneo), Lidia (Domenico Passalacqua), Rosa (Maurizio Balella), Caternia (Antonino Porpiglia), Alessandra (Mario Malavenda), Maria (Francesco Quartarone), Luisa, Ida Giuseppina (widowed Dall'Ora), Elena (Roberto Morabito), Adriana (Giuseppe Battaglia), Patrizia (Hasa Aldi), Tiziana, and Silvio (Rosa Arena). She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins who will forever treasure her memory.
A visitation with the family will be held on Friday, October 25, at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown, DE, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Joseph Parish, 319 N. Main Street, Middletown, DE, at 11:00 AM. Burial will be private.
Though we will miss Anna dearly, we take comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain and rests peacefully in the arms of the Lord.

So sorry for your loss. Anna was a very lovely woman. Was best part of my Quest visits. May God keep you in the palm of his hand and give you all the strength to get through your grief.
