Annabel E. Shoup, age 79, of Plymouth, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025 at her residence.
Annabel was born on August 25, 1945 in Marshfield to the late Frank and Eleanor (Schmidt) Weinfurter. She attended our Lady of Peace Catholic School. On July 15, 1967 she married James Shoup. He preceded her in death on December 23, 2022. Annabel was a school bus driver for over 40 years. She loved doing anything where she could be outdoors, especially her flower and vegetable gardens and doing any outdoor adventures. Annabel was an avid Elvis fan and enjoyed camping with her brother, Dale, loved going to the fair and spending time with her grandchildren.
Annabel is survived by her three children: Russell (Megan Krump) Shoup, Preston (Pamela) Shoup, and Susan Shoup; grandchildren: Dylan Shoup, Owen Shoup, Greg Berres, Sara Hawke, Sadie Hawke, Nathan Hawke, Olivia Wolfert, Ava Krump, Lennon Krump, and Aubrey Krump; brothers: Dale (Betty) Weinfurter and Jerry Weinfurter; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Sandra Bernhardt and Bill Arnst; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends further survive. She is preceded in death by her husband: James Shoup; an infant daughter: Deborah Shoup; parents: Frank and Eleanor Weinfurter; and brother: Marvin Weinfurter.
A Memorial service will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Wittkopp Funeral Home, 123 South St, with Pastor Mech officiating. Relatives and friends may greet the family from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Annabel will be laid to rest at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Kiel, WI.
