Anne Lambert Moore passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025, at the age of 82, in Irving, Texas. Born on August 27, 1943, in El Paso, Texas, to the late Cyrus Hill Lambert and Anna (O'Neal) Lambert, Anne's journey was one of compassion and unwavering dedication to her family.
Anne's life was characterized by her role as a nurturing mother, a doting grandmother, and a cherished sister. While she was predeceased by her beloved daughter Debbie Anne Moore, her legacy continues through her children Christopher Charles Moore, Bradley Joe Moore, Sarah Christine Hayes, and Monica Angelica Antilley. Anne's love blossomed further into the lives of her 11 grandchildren and her treasured great-grandchild, each of whom brought immense joy and fulfillment to her days.
Her siblings, Debra Kay Ehrke and Cyrus Timothy Lambert, along with several cousins, nieces, and nephews, will remember Anne for her warmth and the care she extended to every member of her extended family. Anne's heart knew no bounds, and this was epitomized by her selfless decision to adopt and raise four of her grandchildren, a testament to her extraordinary character and the depth of her love.
Professionally, Anne served with diligence and kindness as a data clerk at Rowlett High School. However, she often expressed that her truest and most significant accomplishment lay in the nurturing home she created as a single parent. Her unwavering commitment to her family's well-being was the cornerstone upon which she built a lifetime of cherished memories.
Anne's interests were simple yet profound, rooted in the joy of togetherness. She relished the time spent watching movies, an activity that often brought her family together in shared laughter and comfort. Above all, the moments she cherished most were those surrounded by her family, especially her "grandbabies," whom she adored.
Those who knew Anne will remember her for the love that she so freely gave and the selflessness with which she approached every day. Her life was a living example of kindness and devotion, qualities that touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
