To the family of Sister Annie Hardy: She was the type of person you could count on and she will be missed. The Taylor family has always considered Anne to be a part of our extended family. I thank God for the time that he has allowed me to have with my sister Annie.

To the family of Sister Anne Hardy,
May God be with you at this most difficult time. I remember Anne Hardy as someone who took her ministry seriously, especially ushering. I remember when my children were small and they would say is that usher going to be there. I would always say yes and they knew they better behave themselves. Anne thanks for your years of service and dedication to LeDetroit and to the Lord. As the old folks used to sing, "Save a seat for me!"

I was sadden to learn of the passing of Sis Anne. I came to know Sis Anne as a family member of LeDetroit Baptist church. We were ushers. When I became the Usher president, Anne stay faithful and stood on the principles of God's Word with a Servant's heart to the usher ministry. She believed in decent and order. Truly LeDetroit has lost a faithful usher. I am reminded of our ushers motto: Psalm 84.10. "For a day in the courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness." It sadden me to know due to Covid 19 restrictions we will not be able to gather at LeDetroit to celebrate this faithful Usher because truly LeDetroit will forever be the home of Annie Hardy. Rest in Peace my dear usher of the usher ministry. I pray you stand boldly at the gate of Heaven and rejoice with all the Angels in heaven. Forever Praying, Bro Demetrius and Sis. Mrs. Hardy was a dear neighbor and friend for over 30 years. When I met Mrs. Hardy, she opened her heart to me immediately. She has been truly a blessing and God send in my life. May she Rest In Peace. She blessed me always with her million dollar smile, her words of encouragement and her way of keeping it real.
I will miss her dearly but she will always be in my heart. Thanks for loving me and my family.....Until we meet again.

To The Family: We have known Sister Hardy for almost 40 years as a member of LeDetroit Baptist Church. It was a joy to see her usher and singing in the choir. Sister Hardy is at rest now, no more sickness.
God Blessings to the family as you grieve in your own way.

I have known Annie E. Hardy for many years as a friend, my neighbor, coworker, my church sister at Le Detroit Baptist Church. Annie loved talking about the Lord and serving him in any capacity that she could. You always knew where Annie was coming from. She dealt with situations in a no nonsense way. (Smile) She told her truth straight from the heart. Our patients at St. Elizabeths Hospital loved her dearly. They were very protective of her.Whenever we had parties for our patients, she always made the potatoe salad. They loved her potatoes salad. Annie we love you, going to miss you, but God loved you best. RIP.
