Anthony DiLuzio Obituary
Anthony served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne. He later became an insurance agent for Western and Southern, retiring in 1985.
He was a lifetime New York Yankees fan. Anthony was a member of the Siebenbuerger Club and Holy Rosary Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy (Ulbrich) DiLuzio, brothers, Patrick, Carl, Albert and Daniel DiLuzio and a sister Sister Jean Baptiste DiLuzio, SSJ.
He is survived by his children Anthony DiLuzio, wife Rose, Kathleen Dovichak, husband Donald, Thomas DiLuzio, wife Patricia and James DiLuzio, wife Lisa; grandchildren, Emily, Anthony, Michael, Danielle, Thomas, Nicole, Erica, Ryan and Kelly; great grandchildren Hannah, Ainsley, Griffin, Adaline, Isabelle, Aurora, and Charlotte. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
Friends are invited to call on Thursday from 2 pm until a service at 5 pm at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pine Avenue Branch, 845 East 38th Street. Burial will be private in Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Retirement Fund for Religious, c/o Office for Religious, 429 East Grandview Blvd, P.O. Box 10397, Erie, PA 16514.

Tony sold me my first insurance policy on my 18th birthday or shortly afterwards. Mom & Dad had policies with Western & Southern and made my sister & 2 brothers all take out a policy when we turned 18 or graduated from high school. I still have that policy and today it´s a paid up life policy. I even had a rider added in when our twin boys were born! We all enjoyed seeing Tony when he´d stop by the house Years later I´d see him at Holy Rosary or the Siebenbuerger Club.! He was always happy to see you & inquire how the whole family was doing. He´s now at peace with Dorothy & his entire family. To Jim Lisa Erica & all the family my sincerest sympathies. RIP Tony. You will be missed here on earth.

Tony was my mom's insurance agent for years. It was always such a pleasure when he would stop at our house, sit at the kitchen table, and chat for a while. It felt like he was a family member. My family has fond memories of such a nice man.
