He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Andrew and Sally Goforth, Hartvick and Louise Johnson; and his sister, Andrea Ella Goforth.
Anthony is survived by his children, Gavin Rhys Goforth and Lucas Scott Goforth; parents, Anthony & Wanda Goforth; siblings, Jennifer (David) Mayfield of South Pittsburg, Joseph H. Goforth, and Katy A. Goforth, both of Dunlap; mother of his children, Shea Ables of Whitwell; nieces and nephews, JayRiley (Kaylee) Mayfield, Ella Kate Goforth, Andrew Goforth and Madelynn Goforth; very special friend, Brooke Worley.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family will receive friends 11AM-2PM, CST, Saturday, October 11, 2025.
Celebration of Life at 2PM, CST, Saturday, October 11, 2025, with Mark Price officiating.
