Anthony (Tony) Willems, 62, of Crivitz, WI died on Wednesday January 8, 2025. Tony was battling a brain tumor and passed quickly at home with his wife, Kristin, by his side.
Tony was born in Green Bay, WI on March 20, 1962. He was the first baby born on the first day of spring to parents Dan and Mary Lou Willems of Green Bay. Tony graduated from Green Bay West High School in 1980. During school, he found his passion in woodworking and finish carpentry, which led to owning his own home-building and remodeling businesses. Tony met the love of his life, Kristin Willems, and they were married on October 4, 1997. They welcomed the greatest accomplishment of their lives, their daughter, Kacie, on December 1999. He designed and built all of the homes they shared together and built their dream home on the family property in Crivitz, WI.
Tony was passionate about bird hunting with his dogs, and deer hunting with his dad, brothers and friends at deer camp. He also loved woodworking projects, but most of all spending time with his family and their dog, Fancie, at the cottage up north, The Willy Pad, which he built with the help of his family. Tony wants to be remembered as a loving husband and father. He wanted his family and friends to know that he lived a good life with no regrets.
