Antoni "Tony" Quinones

Antoni "Tony" Quinones, born on December 28th, 1990, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Anna Peper and Wilson Quinones Sr. In early childhood his family relocated to Wisconsin Rapids, where he attended Mead School and proudly became a founding member of the PPC. He spent much of his youth on the West Side of Rapids, creating countless memories with friends. During his teenage years, Tony could often be found at the Nekoosa basketball courts or spending time with family and friends. He was also involved in the high school choir and graduated from Nekoosa High School in 2009.
Tony had a deep love for music and movies and was known for his vibrant, joyous spirit. He had an unforgettable smile and a natural gift for making others laugh and feel uplifted. Dancing, joking, and bringing light into every room came effortlessly to him. More than anything, Tony cherished his family and friends, they were truly the center of his world. Tony had a special love for his nieces and nephews, who brought him immense joy and pride. He had a big heart and genuine care for others, qualities that carried into his work, where he was deeply devoted to the residents he helped care for. His warmth, humor, and kindness will continue to live on in the many lives he touched.
Tony is survived by his father, Wilson Quinones Sr; his siblings: Sara (Wade) Cherney, Jessica (Steven) Allen, Wilson (Kristen) Quinones, and Steven Quinones; his nieces and nephews: Kaden Peper, Dion Quinones, Madilyn Jablonsky, Willow Quinones, Sofia Quinones, Ryker Allen, and Wilson Quinones III. And by a special friend, Jake Cattanach and his children, Liam and Beckham.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Anna Peper; maternal grandparents John and Lorraine Jagielo; paternal grandparents Josephine and Wilfredo Quinones; beloved Aunt Maxine; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 11:00 am CST at the Herman-Taylor Funeral Home & Cremation Center, located at 2201 Chestnut Street, Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, 54494. His life will be celebrated at a memorial service at 2:00 pm CST.
