Armilene Clemens, a remarkable woman who touched the hearts of everyone she met. As we reflect on the 85 beautiful years she graced this earth, we remember her as a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished gramie, and a friend to many.
Armilene passed away peacefully on January 12, 2025, surrounded by the warmth and love of her family. She was known far and wide as the sweetest soul-a gentle spirit whose kindness radiated in every interaction. Her unique ability to make everyone feel special and loved is a testament to her character and the depth of her heart.
Armilene is survived by her daughter Melissa (Dennis) Morsch, who carries forward her legacy of love; her grandchildren Amber (Nick) Wills, Denny (Ashley) Morsch, Sam Clemens, and Shelby Clemens, who brought immense joy to her life; and her great-grandchildren Payton, Tenley, McKinlee, Paislee, and Kaylee(Jo), who were the shining stars in her world. Her brother in law Ron (Janice) Clemens, Neice Michelle (Mike) Anderson, Nephew Ron Jr. (Veronica)Clemens.
She cherished her siblings, including her brothers Baskel, Orland, and Wilson (Carolyn) Harville, as well as her sisters Faye Tyler, Barbara Henry, and Helen (Alan) Nelms. The love of family extended to her 21 nieces and nephews, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
Though she is preceded in death by her loving husband Bill, her son Billy, and her parents George and Fannie Nail Harville, along with two brothers, A.P. and J.C. Harville, and one sister, Pearl Sims, we take comfort in knowing that her spirit lives on through each of us.
Armilene was married to her beloved husband Bill for just short of 60 years. They were married February 1st 1960 and were joined together in marriage for 59 years, a true testament to their enduring love for each other.
Armilene was a proud veteran who served in the U.S. Air Force, showcasing her dedication and commitment to her country. This aspect of her life added another layer to her remarkable character, reflecting her strength and resilience.
For 30 years, Armilene dedicated herself to the Serena High School District #2, where she not only worked but also made lasting connections and friendships.
After retiring, she found joy in camping adventures and traveling with her beloved husband, Bill. Together, they created countless memories, exploring new places and cherishing each other's company, and never missing a game of their grandkids, or great grandkids.
Faith was an integral part of Armilene's life. A devoted believer in God, she found strength and solace through her church community and the regular Bible studies she attended. Her unwavering faith guided her, and she instilled these values in her family, teaching them the importance of love, compassion, and kindness.
Let us remember Armilene's kindness, her laughter, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. May we honor her memory by following her example and spreading love and kindness in our own lives.
