Art was born in Gardner on September 2nd, 1946, son of the late Camille and Bertha (LeBlanc) Caron.
Art was an inspector for Haartz Corporation in Acton for 30 years prior to his retirement. In his retirement, he continued to work part-time at the Market Basket in Rindge NH.
Arthur was a very hard worker and was never lazy. He was an avid football and basketball fan and loved to work in the garden. At the end of the day, he loved to settle down with his wife and watch the news and old movies.
Art leaves his wife, Katherine L (Brand) Carron of Winchendon; his children Teresa Martino of Leominster, Stefini Lizotte of Phillipston, Arthur "Joe' Carron, Jr. of South Carolina, Michelle Levesque of Natick, and Corey Renna of Lunenburg; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
The Isabelle & Anderson Funeral Home, 316 Clarendon Street, Fitchburg, is assisting the family with the funeral arrangements, which will be held privately. Art will be buried alongside his parents in the St. Joseph's cemetery in Fitchburg.
Flowers may be sent to Isabelle & Anderson for May 24th.
