He is survived by his wife, Ruth Fairchild of Manvel, Texas and his sisters, Pam and Paralee Fairchild of Louisiana.
A memorial service in his honor will be held on Saturday, October 25th at 11:00 at Peace Church, 2849 Miller Ranch Rd, Suite 503, Pearland, Texas 77584.
Family and friends are invited to gather and remember Arthur in their own special way.
