Beloved Daughter and Mother, Aundrea Marie Anderson, aged 59, passed away peacefully while in the presence of her mother, on Monday, July 10th, 2023, at Hospice of Northwest OH. Aundrea's great faith sustained her through all the challenges she faced throughout life, and she was a remarkable example of a Godly woman.
Aundrea was born on May 14th, 1964 to the union of Minnie R. Campbell Anderson and The Late Rev. Robert Lee Anderson in Toledo, OH. Growing up, religion was a big part of her life. As a youth, Aundrea grew up in the Morning Star Baptist Church, under Late Rev. J.E. Wainwright. Shortly after she graduated H.S., she joined Stateline Baptist Church, under Rev. James Going. Her faith was strong and her devotion to her children and grandchildren was the main focus of her entire life. Aundrea attended Toledo Parochial Schools in grades K-8th and was a 1982 graduate from Roy C. Start High School. In 1984, she graduated from the Toledo Barber College.
For most of her professional career, she was in retail management and worked in the medical field as a very highly respected DSP and a Caregiver.
It was her passion to provide care to individuals with disabilities. As she always displayed a wonderful knack for problem solving and had a uncanny ability to spiritually reach almost anyone she came in contact with in a deep and positive way.
In addition, Aundrea was a tremendously strong woman who was a very devoted (blood/extended) sister, mom, auntie, cousin, grandma and daughter to many over the years, all while tending to the needs of her own family as a homemaker. Aundrea is survived by her mother, Minnie R. Campbell Anderson, two children, (daughter) Danielle M. Anderson and (son) De'Aundre M. Kynard-Anderson and Life Longtime Partner, Daryl Kynard. She is also survived by her brother, Issac Peacock, and her four granddaughters, Aaliysha (17), Aamiylah (15), Aavayah (12), and her little (Mildred) Aamelia (10) Anderson-Bitticks.
Aundrea was proceeded in death by her father, Rev. Robert Lee Anderson, grandparents, Sanford/Florence Anderson (farther) and Jake/Peggy Campbell (mother), aunts, Catherine King, Edna Atkins, Oneda Scurles, and Royella Anderson, and uncles, Joe Campbell, Joe (Louella Morgan) Reaves
Aundrea imparted love, kindness, and faith wherever and whenever she could. She was a devoted Daughter, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Friend, and Grandmother to so, so, so many! Her positive attitude and spirit endeared her to everyone around her and her smile was absolutely contagious! Aundrea will truly be missed by every single person she touched. Therefore, please do not think of her in sadness, as this is a True Celebration of an Extraordinary Life that was lived by an Exceptional Woman!
The family extends a special thanks to the staff at UTMC and Hospice of Northwest Ohio who tended to Aundrea's lasting needs, and for their above and beyond affection while she was in their care, will always be remembered! Also, a warm thank you to (Uncle) Erwin (Exxie) Anderson, (Auntie)Tina Butts, Family Baptist, and The House of Day for extending a helping hand.
