Austin Seth Justice, aged 24, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 6. He was born on April 12, 2000 and was a proud resident of Kingston, Tennessee and member of Emory Heights Missionary Baptist Church. He was a 2019 graduate of Roane County High School. Seth leaves behind a precious 3 year old daughter, Oakleigh Justice, who he loved with all his heart. In addition to his baby girl, Seth is survived by a loving mother, Tammy Russell, stepfather, Keith Russell, grandparents, Charles and Linda Boles, brothers Trevor (Parker) and Tyler (Kaylan) Miles, sister Natalie Elexa Kirby, mother of Oakleigh, Cailin Justice and girlfriend Kaya Gregory. He was an outgoing and passionate young man who loved cheering on the Volunteers and traveling.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 pm ET at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral service will follow with Pastor Randy Griffis and Bro. Reves Schaefer officiating. Graveside and interment services will be held on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 11:15 am in the Emory Heights Cemetery in Harriman, TN. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mr. Austin Seth Justice.
