Barbara E. Butcher age 74, of Byesville, OH passed away Friday, November 14, 2025 at Altercare Summit Acres Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Caldwell, under the care of Absolute Hospice. She was born November 21, 1950 in Cleveland, OH a daughter of Joyce Toberen Zimmerman of Avon Lake, OH and the late James H. Zimmerman.
She loved listening to the Beatles music and spending time with her family.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her sister Cathy Szajko.
Those left to cherish her memory, in addition to her mother are her two sons Jim (Kirsten) Reid of Germany and Justin (Jessica) Butcher of DeKalb, IL; 3 grandchildren; siblings Robert Zimmerman of Columbus, OH, Suzanne Kazubowski of Arizona, James Zimmerman of Georgia, Mary “Annie” Lear of Arizona, Theresa Roth of Cleveland, and Sharon Zimmerman of Cleveland; two special friends Gloriann Hardman and Dianne Gilmore. Barbara is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Cremation will be observed with no additional services held at this time. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
