Barbara was born in York on April 28, 1950 and was the daughter of the late Harold and Arminta (Lease) Barshinger. She proudly served her country in the United States Air Force.
In addition to her loving husband Jon, Barbara is survived by her children Sonya A. Cole, and Stephanie M. Ruth and husband Jeffrey; and her grandchildren Jordan, Cole, and Logan. She was preceded in death by her sister Joann Barshinger.
Funeral services will be held privately by the family under the direction of Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., of East York.
