Barbara Ann Henry

Barbara Ann Henry, born on February 12, 1939, in Woodbine, Kentucky, was the beloved daughter of the late Seber and Janie Louise Jenkins Faulkner. She was united in marriage to Lyndon E. Henry, Sr., who preceded her in death. Barbara departed this life on Friday, January 9, 2026, at the age of 86 years, 10 months, and 28 days.

Barbara is survived by her loving daughter, Janie Ray, and her husband Rodney of East Bernstadt, Kentucky. She also leaves behind her brother, Thomas Faulkner, and his wife Revena of Frankfort, Kentucky; a sister in law, Kay Faulkner of London. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Danielle Huff and her husband Aaron, and Daniel Henry and his wife Shay, as well as her five cherished great-grandchildren: Ryan, Taylor, Lily, and Easton Henry, and Amos Huff. She will be dearly missed by a host of relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Barbara was preceded in death by her son, Lyndon E. Henry, Jr., her brother, Roy Faulkner, and her sister, Ethel Rose Faulkner-Bryant.

Barbara dedicated her career to working diligently as an aviation inspector and was a devoted member of the Baptist faith.

A funeral service for Barbara Ann Henry will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jake Ravizee officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky.

The family of Barbara Ann Henry will receive friends at Bowling Funeral Home beginning at 12 noon until the funeral hour of 1 pm

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
