Barbara Ann Holcomb, age 90 of Woodbury, GA, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2025, at her residence.
Barbara Ann was born November 11, 1935, in Meriwether County, GA, the daughter of Junior Herman Reynolds and Ezelle Davis Reynolds. She worked at Playtex in Manchester until it closed. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with family, and for many years, attended Faith Baptist Church in Woodbury. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by both husbands, Carl Holcomb and Howard Snelson; a great-granddaughter, Angel; two brothers, Hassell Reynolds and Carl Reynolds; and a nephew Daryl Reynolds.
She is survived by her children; Debra (Eddie) Gravley, and Diane (Jerry) Brown, all of Woodbury, GA; grandchildren, Derrick (Jennifer) Snelson of Greenville, GA, Dustin (Kaylee) Snelson of Woodbury, GA, Melody (Mike) Rowe, of Manchester, GA, Marvin (Pamela) Peugh of Alvaton, GA, ; Great-grandchildren, Martin (Melanie) Rowe of Thomaston, GA, Meagan Rowe of Manchester, GA, Shelby (Jackson) Huckleberry of Hogansville, GA, Kimber (Jackson) Snelson of Greenville, GA, Colin Peugh, Blake Peugh, and Anzley Peugh, of Alvaton, GA, and Peyton Peugh, of Thomaston, GA. Seven great-great-grandchildren; a aunt, Sybil Moore of Barnesville, GA; eleven cousins, a niece, Kriste Ozmore; two nephews, Carl Reynolds, Jr. and Dale Reynolds.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the Chapel of Cox Funeral Home in Manchester, with Allen Stephens officiating, assisted by Pastor Dewayne Perdue and her great-grandson, Colin Peugh. Interment will follow in Meriwether Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends during visitation, one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home.
