Barbara A. Leonard, 91, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at Brockton Post Acute Care on Sunday, August 3, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Melvin and Dora (Morrissey) Leonard. She was a graduate of Stoughton High School. Barbara was a secretary for many years, working at Shawmut Mills in Stoughton, Morse Shoe in Canton and finally with Leonard Electric in Stoughton before retiring 15 years ago. She loved socializing, especially with her family and friends.
Barbara was the sister of the late Charles Leonard, Melvin Leonard Jr., Dorothy Daly, Gertrude Leary, Earl Leonard and Roy Leonard. She is survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara‘s name may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 321 Manley St., West Bridgewater, MA 02379 (www.oldcolonyhospice.org).
