She is survived by her son: Damon Self; brother: William "Bill" (Pat) Teague; niece: Tracy Hudson; host of nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews, other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Arnold and Alma Teague; husband: James Self and sister: Glenda Smith.
Funeral Service was 2:00 p.m. Saturday July 19, 2025, at Blountsville Funeral Home with Brother Chris Washburn officiating. The burial was in New Lebanon Cemetery.
Visitation was 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Blountsville Funeral Home.
