Barry Grandy Obituary
Barry was born September 19, 1970 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he grew up there and in Bena Minnesota.
Barry loved the outdoors in every form camping, canoeing, hiking, or simply sitting by a fire with good music. He was a cribbage enthusiast, a dad, grandpa, friend and the grown up most likely to be found on the floor playing toys with the kids. He enjoyed cooking, riding his motorcycle, and taking road trips that often started with little to no plan at all.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother Beverly Grandy; parents LaJean and Buddy Tibbetts; and son (Baby) Barry Grandy.
He is survived by his children Amanda Parnell, Ashley Kline, Zach Grandy, Lynnaya Grandy and Lee Grandy; siblings Leah Ruschmeier, Buck (Wesley)Tibbetts, Emma Grandy, Marlaina Tibbetts and Fawn Youngbear-Tibbetts.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday February 12th, at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom, MN. Burial at Kahbakong Cemetery will take place in the spring.
